  1. The mailbox at Riverside and Wonderland is inaccessible for pedestrians. When the winter arrives there will be a snow bank blocking access. There's no sidewalk on the South side of Riverside. This box will be accessed by motor vehicle. It is in the middle of an already overburdened intersection with major volume issues. What are these people thinking? London needs to move away from car culture not make planning decisions that will tie us into further dependence on the automobile. Paul Hubert the municipal representative for this ward doesn't have any answers. Canada post is red taping me all the way and now the thing is built. They just rammed this through. What a short sighted plan.
    I feel hoodwinked and bamboozled.

  2. I don't do Facebook and these kinds of things and don't know how to convey this to someone. I simply wish to note that a set of community mailboxes has been installed a bit south of regent and William in London: an older neighborhood that I had not thought was being targeted as yet. The boxes look flimsy, they're ugly, and snow will have to be cleared by the city fropm the grass as well as sidewalks for people to access them.
